There are over 200 types of woodpeckers in the world and at least 17 species in North America, and it’s those 17 woodpecker species … Here is a small sampling of baby songbirds. Of course this isn't all of the different types of baby birds we see. Most of the photos can be seen larger when clicked. Despite their size, they are energetic and bold with sharp chisel-like bills and spunky attitudes. Problems.
